Everything in one place

Everything your retail business needs

Fast checkout with barcode scanning

Scan at checkout, stock receiving, cycle counts and inter-branch transfers. Supports EAN-13, UPC and GS1-128. USB or Bluetooth scanners work out of the box, and every scan updates inventory in real time.

Multi-branch retail management

Run 1 location or 500. See real-time stock across all branches from one dashboard. Inter-branch transfer orders update both locations automatically — no more Excel emails or 3-day reconciliation delays.

Real-time inventory tracking

Every sale deducts exact quantities instantly — no batch processing, no end-of-day sync. Weighted-average or FIFO costing, minimum-stock alerts via email, SMS or WhatsApp, plus IMEI, batch and serial tracking.

Built-in FBR digital invoicing

Generate IRN and QR codes automatically for every sale, transmitted to FBR's IRIS portal in real time. Also covers ZATCA Phase 2 (Saudi Arabia), MyInvois (Malaysia) and UAE FTA. No separate tool, no manual uploads.

Accounting that matches your stock

Double-entry accounting updates with every sale. Cost of goods sold, inventory value, receivables and cash accounts stay accurate with zero manual journal entries. Month-end reconciliation takes minutes, not days.

Loyalty programs & promotions

Configure loyalty points, discount rules, bundle pricing and seasonal promotions. Track customer purchase history, send targeted SMS or email offers, and measure promotion ROI by product, branch and time period.

FBR compliance

FBR digital invoicing for Pakistan retail stores

Pakistan retailers meeting Tier-1 criteria must integrate FBR digital invoicing by the deadline specified in FBR regulations. Tier-1 classification applies if your retail business meets any one of these seven criteria:

  1. 1National or international chain store or franchise
  2. 2Located in an air-conditioned mall, plaza or centre
  3. 3Cumulative electricity bill exceeds PKR 1,200,000 in the preceding 12 months
  4. 4Wholesaler-cum-retailer operations
  5. 5Accepts card or digital payments (POS terminal installed)
  6. 6Withholding tax exceeds PKR 100,000 in preceding 12 months (Section 236G/236H)
  7. 7FBR designation via official notification

Every compliant sale must generate a unique Invoice Reference Number (IRN) and QR code, transmitted to FBR's IRIS portal in real time. The IRN is a 22-character code combining your business ID, document type and timestamp serial. Customers can verify authenticity via the Tax Asaan mobile app, the FBR web portal or SMS.

EloERP's retail POS includes FBR compliance built in — no separate invoicing tool needed. When a customer buys a product, one transaction updates your stock, posts to your ledger, and sends the IRN + QR to IRIS. You get full audit trails: who sold what, when, at which branch, with complete FBR documentation.

This differentiates EloERP from invoice-only FBR tools like InvoiceFBR, e-invoicing.pk or Faubix — those generate compliant invoices but don't track inventory, handle purchasing, or manage multi-branch operations. You'd still need separate systems for stock and accounting, creating reconciliation gaps.

See our complete Tier-1 retailer requirements guide for the full classification checklist, or explore FBR POS software features for compliance implementation details. Learn more about FBR Tier-1 retailer digital invoicing requirements.

How retailers use EloERP

From 12-branch chains to single-store shops

Multi-location chain

12-branch mobile phone chain in Lahore & Karachi

A mobile phone and accessories chain with disconnected POS systems, Excel-based stock transfers and per-branch manual FBR uploads.

Before EloERP
  • 12 branches on different disconnected POS vendors
  • Stock transfers in Excel — 3-day visibility lag
  • 8 hours/week manual FBR uploads across locations
After EloERP
  • All 12 branches on one centralized dashboard
  • Transfers auto-update both branches in 2 minutes
  • Stockout incidents cut 40% in the first 2 months
Single-store shop

Family garment shop in Faisalabad

A single-location, family-owned garment shop with a manual cash register, nightly Excel updates and an approaching FBR deadline.

Before EloERP
  • No inventory tracking — error-prone nightly Excel
  • 8+ hour month-end physical stock counts
  • No reorder alerts — stockouts caught too late
After EloERP
  • Cloud POS from PKR 30,000/year, no per-user fees
  • Month-end count: 8 hours reduced to 45 minutes
  • Fixed pricing errors — margin improved 6%
Loss prevention

Stock accuracy that protects your margin

Retail shrinkage averages 1.5–2% of sales globally — driven by theft, administrative errors, vendor fraud and damaged goods. Real-time inventory tracking is a proven loss-prevention control.

EloERP records every sale, return, stock adjustment and transfer with user audit trails — so you identify discrepancies before they become losses, run variance reports by location or product category, and track shrinkage trends over time. When physical counts reveal gaps, you see exactly which products, which locations and which periods show variance. Read the National Retail Security Survey for industry shrinkage benchmarks.

Reorder management

Low-stock alerts & reorder management

Set minimum and maximum inventory levels per SKU. When stock hits your threshold, EloERP sends automatic alerts via email, SMS or WhatsApp — and lets you create purchase orders directly from the alert, pre-filled with supplier, product and reorder quantity. Track PO status (sent, received, partial) and reconcile received quantities against what you ordered.

The Faisalabad garment shop above shows this in action: kameez stock hits 5 units, the owner gets a WhatsApp alert and reorders before stockout. No more lost sales because you didn't notice inventory depletion. Learn more about retail inventory best practices.

Why retailers choose EloERP

One system instead of three

EloERP serves retail of every kind — single-store shops to 500+ branch chains, across electronics, garments, grocery, jewellery, mobile repair, hardware, pharmacy and 30+ more categories. Most retail setups run separate POS, inventory and accounting software, with data flowing manually via Excel exports. Stock counts don't match sales reports and accounting lags reality. EloERP handles checkout, inventory, purchasing and accounting in one database — one sale updates all three in the same transaction.

Multi-branchMore locations means multiplying your software stackAdd branches without adding tools; head-office roll-up

Flat-rate pricing, not per-user fees

Many POS systems charge per user or per location, so costs explode as you grow. EloERP pricing is location-based with flat yearly rates — see EloERP pricing plans for retail stores for Pakistan (PKR 30,000–45,000/year) and international markets ($149–$349/year). One price covers unlimited users at that location.

Pakistan-first features

Built-in courier integrations for TCS, Leopards, M&P Express and BlueEx. PKR currency and Pakistan tax rules by default. FBR compliance baked into every sale — not a plugin or partner dependency.

Multi-branch without complexity

Add branches without multiplying your software stack. Each location sees its own stock and sales, while head office sees consolidated reporting across all locations. Transfer stock between branches in a few clicks, and set user permissions so branch staff can't see other branches' data.

FAQ

Retail POS questions

How is EloERP different from a basic POS system?
Basic POS systems handle checkout and receipts. EloERP is a full ERP — point-of-sale, inventory management across multiple warehouses and branches, purchasing (procure-to-pay with 3-way matching), double-entry accounting, HR & payroll for Pakistan statutory requirements, CRM, and manufacturer workflows with multi-level bills of materials. One database instead of disconnected tools.
Can I use EloERP for multiple retail locations?
Yes. Track unlimited branches. See real-time stock levels across all locations from one dashboard. Create inter-branch transfer orders. Track sales, profit, and inventory by location. Set branch-level user permissions. Consolidate reporting across your entire retail chain or view each location individually.
Is FBR compliance included?
Yes, in all plans. Every sale generates an Invoice Reference Number (IRN) and QR code transmitted to FBR's IRIS portal in real time. Built-in compliance for Pakistan FBR, Saudi Arabia ZATCA Phase 2, Malaysia MyInvois, and UAE FTA e-invoicing. No separate invoicing tool needed. No manual uploads.
Can I try EloERP before committing?
Yes. Start a 14-day free trial with full access to retail POS, inventory, accounting, and FBR compliance features. No credit card required. Or book a 30-minute demo to see barcode scanning, multi-branch dashboards, and FBR invoicing in action.
What barcode formats does EloERP support?
EloERP supports all standard retail barcode formats including EAN-13, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 128, Code 39, and GS1-128. Connect USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners directly. Use barcode scanning for checkout, stock receiving, cycle counts, inter-branch transfers, and physical inventory reconciliation. GS1 sets the global barcode standards used by retailers worldwide.
How does multi-location inventory tracking work?
Each retail location maintains its own stock levels in the system. Head office sees consolidated inventory across all branches in real time. When you create an inter-branch transfer, stock deducts from the sending location and adds to the receiving location automatically once accepted. No manual Excel reconciliation. No email delays. Real-time visibility of which products are where.
What happens if I need to count physical stock?
Use EloERP's stock count module. Scan products with your barcode scanner or enter counts manually. The system compares physical count against book stock and shows variances by product. Approve the count to adjust your inventory records. Track count history to identify shrinkage trends or recurring discrepancies.
Does EloERP integrate with e-commerce platforms?
Yes. EloERP integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Daraz. Online orders sync to your ERP, deducting stock automatically. When you fulfill an order, inventory updates across all channels. Avoid overselling by maintaining one source of truth for stock levels across physical stores and online sales.
