This Privacy Policy explains how IT Vision Pvt. Ltd. (“EloERP”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit eloerp.net or use the EloERP cloud ERP & POS platform. We keep this simple: we collect what we need to run the service, we don’t sell your data, and you stay in control of it.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information generated as you use EloERP:
- Account & contact data — name, business name, email, phone and billing details you provide when you sign up, request a demo, or contact us.
- Business data — the records you enter into EloERP (products, customers, suppliers, invoices, inventory, accounting). This is your data; we process it only to provide the service to you.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and basic analytics, used to keep the service secure and improve it.
- Cookies — essential cookies for sign-in and security, and limited analytics cookies. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the EloERP platform, process your subscription, respond to your requests, send service and (with consent) marketing messages, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: trusted service providers who help us run EloERP (hosting, payments, email/SMS, analytics) under confidentiality terms; tax and e-invoicing authorities where you have enabled compliance features (e.g. FBR, ZATCA, MyInvois, UAE FTA); and where required by law.
4. Data storage & security
Your data is hosted on secured cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions and regular backups. Each company’s data is logically isolated. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information and to notify you promptly of any material breach.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and business data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal/tax requirements. You can request export or deletion of your data, subject to records we must retain by law.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us below.
7. International transfers
EloERP serves customers across Pakistan, the Gulf and beyond. Where data is processed in another country, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy.
