What ZATCA Phase 2 requires

The integration phase, in four parts

Phase 2 connects your billing software directly to ZATCA's Fatoora platform. Non-integrated software can't legally issue invoices.

01

Fatoora integration

Real-time clearance for B2B/B2G and reporting for B2C through ZATCA's platform.

02

Cryptographic stamp

Each invoice carries a stamp, a unique UUID and a hash that chains the invoices.

03

QR + Arabic format

A scannable QR code and a compliant Arabic (RTL) tax-invoice layout on every document.

04

Real-time transmit

Invoices are cleared or reported as they're issued — no end-of-day batch exports.

FAQ

ZATCA e-invoicing — questions

Is EloERP ZATCA Phase-2 compliant?
Yes. EloERP generates Phase-2 compliant e-invoices — integrated with ZATCA's Fatoora platform, with cryptographic stamp, UUID, hash, QR code and Arabic (RTL) formatting, cleared or reported in real time.
What is the Wave 24 deadline and who does it cover?
Wave 24 covers VAT taxpayers with annual turnover of SAR 375,000 or more — effectively the whole VAT-registered base — with an integration deadline of 30 June 2026. From 1 July 2026 ZATCA moves to full enforcement.
What happens if I'm not compliant in time?
Non-integrated invoicing software can't legally issue tax invoices, and ZATCA applies financial penalties. Getting onto compliant software before the deadline avoids both.
Do my invoices come out in Arabic with a QR code?
Yes — fully Arabic (right-to-left) tax invoices with the ZATCA QR code, generated at the point of sale. English and Urdu are also supported for your team.
Is it just invoicing, or a full system?
ZATCA compliance is built into a complete cloud ERP + POS — inventory, VAT accounting, purchasing, multi-branch and dashboards — so you replace several tools, not add one.
