One Agents page holds a switch for each agent — Off, Suggest, or Act within limits — and the limits themselves, written as plain fields. Agents start in Suggest, so nothing happens until you decide it should, and you can switch any agent off at any time.

When an agent wants to go beyond its limits, it files a proposal in your approvals inbox and sends it to your WhatsApp. Each card says what the agent wants to do, why, and the numbers behind it, with Approve, Edit and Decline.

Nothing goes out by default — a proposal you do not answer expires.
Reply on WhatsApp — answer YES or NO, or tap, without opening the admin.
See the result, keep an undo — approving shows what changed, with an Undo for 24 hours.

These limits are not switches. They hold for every agent, in every mode, for every store.

These limits are enforced by EloERP itself, not by the AI — so an instruction hidden in a product review or a WhatsApp message cannot talk an agent past them. Agents also work through the same permission rules as your staff: an agent can never do what its owner's account could not.

Type a question in plain words on the admin dashboard — "which products lost money last month after returns?" — and get the answer in a sentence and a chart, read from EloERP, with a link to the report it used.

Because the store sits on your ERP, the answer counts courier charges, returns and the actual cost of the stock — from the same books as your ecommerce analytics and COD reconciliation, not an estimate.

Privacy

Your store's data stays yours

The agents work on your customers' orders and messages, so how that data is handled matters as much as what the agents do.

Stays in your database

Customer records stay in your own EloERP company database. The AI never reads that database directly — it asks EloERP, through the same permission rules as a user.

Only the fields a task needs

An agent writing a product description sees the product, not your customer list. Each task sends the model only the fields it needs.

Phone and ID masked

Shoppers' phone numbers and national ID (CNIC) numbers are masked from the model unless the task is contacting that customer.

No training on your data

The AI model providers are configured not to train on your store's or your customers' data.

Conversations kept 30 days

What is AI for ecommerce?

AI for ecommerce is software that does store work people used to do by hand: writing product pages, answering shoppers, confirming orders, chasing couriers, reporting profit. In EloShop it is a team of six AI agents plus an AI shopping assistant, all working on your live EloERP stock, orders and books.

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent acts: EloShop's agents rewrite product copy, confirm cash-on-delivery orders, book couriers, draft campaigns and file purchase-order proposals — within the limits you set, asking for approval beyond them, and logging every action with an undo.

Can an agent change prices or refund money on its own?

Only inside rules you set. A price can move only within your margin floor and discount band, never below cost; a refund is settled automatically only up to the cap you choose, and anything above it waits for your approval. No refund, price change or campaign goes out without a rule you set or your tap of approval.

How do I stop an agent?

Switch it to Suggest, so it only proposes, or to Off. Any action it has taken can be undone from the action log, and approved actions show an Undo for 24 hours.

Is my customer data used to train AI models?

No. The AI model providers are configured not to train on your data. Customer data stays in your own EloERP database, only the fields a task needs are sent to the model, and phone and CNIC numbers are masked unless the task is contacting that customer.

Do I need EloERP to use the agents?

Yes — the agents are part of EloShop, which is built into EloERP, and they act through EloERP's own data and permission rules. You can bring your catalog in from Shopify, Daraz, WooCommerce or a CSV when you set the store up.

How much do the AI agents cost?

Pricing is on request. EloERP is billed yearly, or monthly on request, and the AI is a per-store add-on with a monthly usage cap and a visible meter, so there are no surprise bills. Start with the 15-day free trial, no credit card needed, or book a demo for a quote.
