Ecommerce › Multi-channel

Connect once. Sync everything, both ways.

Plug your storefronts and marketplaces into one integration layer — Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Foodpanda or a manual channel. Orders, products and stock flow in real time, and every remote sale posts a real double-entry invoice with stock, COGS and GL, not just a synced row in a spreadsheet.

Platform connections

One integration layer for every channel you sell on

The connector architecture is generic — platforms plug in as adapters. Add a Shopify store, a WooCommerce site, a Daraz seller account, a Foodpanda outlet or a manual orders channel, and each one becomes a first-class source that feeds the same order desk and the same books.

  • One-click WooCommerce setup over OAuth — no keys pasted by hand
  • A published Shopify App with GDPR-compliant data webhooks built in
  • Credentials encrypted at rest, stored write-only — secrets go in but never read back out
  • A live connection health test that must pass before a channel can be saved
  • A manual channel for phone, WhatsApp and walk-in orders, side by side with the automated ones

Real-time webhooks

Every event lands the instant it happens — verified and idempotent

Each connected platform pushes signed webhooks the moment something changes. EloERP verifies the signature, refuses anything that fails, and de-duplicates replays — so the same event can never post twice.

HMAC-SHA256 verified, replay-safe

Every payload is checked against its HMAC-SHA256 signature before a single field is trusted. An idempotency key drops duplicate deliveries, so a retried or replayed webhook is a no-op instead of a double order.

Full event coverage, orders and products

Order created, updated, paid, cancelled and fulfilled, plus product created, updated and deleted — each event maps to the exact action it should trigger inside the ERP.

Auto-fulfillment posts a real invoice

A remote fulfilled event creates a local fulfillment, posts a Sale Invoice with its GL entries, and deducts stock in one atomic move. This is the wedge over bolt-on sync apps: a remote sale becomes real, double-entry revenue — not just a mirrored status.

Cancellation mirroring and a full log

A remote cancellation is mirrored onto the local order automatically. Every delivery — accepted or rejected — is written to a webhook log with its payload retained, so you can audit, diff and replay any event.

Bi-directional sync

Push the ERP out to your stores, pull your stores back in

Sync runs in both directions on purpose. Your catalogue and stock levels flow out to every storefront, while their products and orders flow back into one system of record — matched, de-duplicated and reconciled.

  • Product push for simple and variable products — categories, brands, variants and images
  • Product pull with SKU matching that links to existing items instead of creating duplicates
  • Inventory push with a configurable safety buffer to protect against oversell
  • A manual full order pull per platform, for backfills and catch-up after downtime
  • A unified sync-log viewer with conflict resolution when both sides changed the same field
Platform push-back

Every status change flows back to the store automatically

Push-back runs inside the same status chokepoint that governs the order lifecycle, so no update can slip past it. Change a status once in EloERP and the originating platform hears about it — without a second person re-keying it in Seller Center.

Fulfillment & tracking

When an order ships, its fulfillment status and courier tracking number are pushed straight back to Shopify or WooCommerce, so the customer sees movement without you touching the store admin.

Cancellations everywhere

Cancel an order once and the cancellation is synced to every connected platform it touched, so no channel keeps quietly showing it as open and waiting to fulfill.

Returns reflected

When a return is processed, its status is reflected back on the store, so the storefront record matches what actually happened to the parcel and the money.

Because push-back lives in the status chokepoint rather than in each screen, zero updates are ever missed — the store, the customer and your ledger stay in lockstep.
